    Elbeco Summit Duty Jacket with Thinsulate Liner - Dark Navy

    These jackets feature completely windproof and waterproof Hiptex™ membrane for superior protection in exceptionally cold conditions.
    The Elbeco Summit Duty Jacket with Thinsulate Liner is made from 3-ply textured taslan nylon for its outer layer and 100% polyester for its inner layer. Its Hiptex™ laminated to the outer shell prevents water penetration and allows for breathable comfort. It weighs 6.1 oz/sq yd and it is machine washable.
